The six es of excellence

EXCELLENCE
Excellence is mostly about doing things well and the correct way. This paragraph talks about how we want quality in the products we buy-even if we have to pay more to get them. So technically, they're comparing products to people at their jobs. Excellence should be given at jobs.
Expectations
Expectations is when you think, or create some sort of anticipation of success. A lot of people think if you expect poorly, that's what you get. It's important to have high expectations for that reason. You should expect highly for yourself and from yourself. It also requires effort.
ENTHUSIASM
Enthusiasm is the eagerness, interest, or excitement with which you approach a job or activity. Enthusiasm also connects with having expectations because it's the way you look at things that make you succeed.
ENERGY
Energy is mostly about doing things rather than dreaming about them. Just because you set your mind to something doesn't mean you have the energy to do it.
ENTERPRISE
Enterprise means the willingness to take risks and ablility to recognize both problems and opportunities and the creativity to make the best of their situation.
EFFICIENCY
Efficiency is when a person is very organized and gets things accomplished in life-on time. It is another aspect of controlling your life.
ETHICS
Ethics is another word for your conscience, like your sence of right and wrong. It's more about standing up for your beliefs or doing what you believe to be right.

Margaret Mead

"Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful citizens can change the world."
Indeed the only thing they ever had

Margaret Mead(1901-1978)

I think this quote means that anyone can make a difference in the world. It's like saying never give up. Even thought many people think they can't do anything to change the world, they never know if they don't try.

Quote

"No one can make you feel inferior without your consent"
-Eleanor Roosevelt
I think this quote means that without you doing anything wrong, people shouldn't make you feel like you're a bad person.

Teenagers

The positive aspects of being a teen are that you get to experience more things, learn about life & not pay bills;]
The negative aspects of being a teen are that no partying or getting into clubs, it's illegal to drink & well most people will think you're immature.
Some of the major concerns of teenagers are learning how to drive to get out more & hanging out with friends.
These concerns are a bit different then teens then. Teens then were more boring in my opinion. They would be just fine being bored all day.
Advice I would give is to just live life, but know you're limits & when to stop.

Ideal Self

For a living, I'd like to own my own real estate company.
I would be married to a very successful man.
We would have three children.
The activities that give me most fulfilment would be going to the beach & just tanning on the sand with stephanie.

I see myself living in a big house, driving a convertable. My husband & i would have three kids, older twins; boy & a girl, & a younger girl. They would be three years apart. We would live in Perris, California & my next door neighbor would be my best friend, Stephanie. When we want to get away from town me & her will just go to the beach for a day of relaxation.

Trust

I only trust Stephanie.

What it is about Stephanie that makes me trust her is that we have a big friendship & I know she's dependable & she always understands me.

I trust one person completely because it's hard to share my personal stuff with just anyone. I know that people can be really messed up & 'stab me in the back'.

I think it's just that i've known her for so long that she knows my personality & just knows i wouldn't do anything untrustworthy to her.

If i made a really bad mistake & she felt as if she couldn't trust me anymore i would probably ask her if i could talk to her & explain to her how everyone makes mistakes & as time passes by i'll just try not to do anything bad.

Friends

  1. Friends are people who understand you & love you for you.
  2. My best friend is Stephanie Zazueta.
  3. Friendship is having trust & having fun.
  4. We all need a friend because we all need someone we can depend on & share problems & fun moments.
  5. Having a friend is really special & great.
  6. I trust friends because I know they understand me & can keep my stuff to themselves.
  7. To be a friend is one of the best things in the world.
  8. When I talk about my best friend I get excited & eager to hang out with her.
