Poverty

A Few Words about Poverty is about the many struggles people go through because of money. Most of these people are women. Women grow up believing that someone else will take care of them & that they don't need to make money on their own. Most women drop out of school thinking they don't need a career or a job because they think they may never need one. The point of this summary is to help women prepare for their future & think about finishing school & starting a career. It just helps women depend on themselves, & no one else.

What do you think contributes to povery in this country?

I think there are many reasons for poverty. There's addictions, people drop out of school, & others don't look for jobs.

What might cause you to become one of these statistics?

I could get into really bad habbits, drug addictions or not take school seriously.

How can you prevent that from happening?

Hanging around the right people, being above the influence & succeeding in school.
